5 Year Extended Warranty Terms For AEDs Only. EMS Monitors not included
This 5 Year Extended Warranty provides coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Coverage under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of covered parts or components found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or equivalent parts of equal function and value.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair, improper maintenance, accident, alteration, vandalism, fire, flood, water intrusion, corrosion, power surge, acts of nature, or use outside normal intended operating conditions. Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, consumable items, batteries, pads, cables, accessories, and routine maintenance items are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise.
Any warranty claim must be submitted during the active warranty period and must include proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The customer may be responsible for shipping the item to the service location unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the item is determined not to have a covered defect, diagnostic, return shipping, or service charges may apply.
This warranty is provided only for the covered product and does not include reimbursement for downtime, loss of use, loss of business, lost profits, rental costs, labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This extended warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided unless otherwise stated in writing and replaces any implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages are not allowed, some limitations may not apply.
We reserve the right to inspect, test, repair, or replace the product before approving a final warranty claim determination.
